If you’re looking for an alternative to traditional dentures or replace your missing teeth, you may wish to consider All-on-4® implants. Designed to restore chewing and speech, All-on-4® is a treatment that’s tailored to your situation after a thorough clinical review.
Our role is to help you understand when this approach might be appropriate, how it’s staged, the maintenance it requires, and the alternatives. We invite you to schedule a consultation at our dental studio for a thorough assessment of all-on-4 dental implants in Stepney.
All-on-4, one of the popular full-mouth implant procedures, is an approach that replaces a full upper or lower row of teeth with a fixed bridge secured to a small number of implants. The dental implants are placed in the jawbone, where they act as anchors for replacement teeth and may support surrounding oral structures.
After your teeth are assessed for suitability, the usual sequence involves removing teeth that can’t be predictably maintained, placing four (sometimes more) implants, fitting a provisional bridge when appropriate, and later making the definitive bridge once healing and integration are confirmed.

All-on-4 treatment may be considered when:
Candidacy is assessed case-by-case and typically considers general health, smoking status, bone volume and anatomy (assessed with 3D imaging where indicated), bite forces, & how you prefer to care for your mouth at home.
There are also situations where a different pathway is more suitable. We’ll outline benefits, limitations, likely timelines, fees, and maintenance for each option so you can be fully informed of your treatment options, considerations and risks involved.

If you’d like to know whether this approach may suit you, contact our Stepney team to arrange an obligation-free assessment.
Full mouth dental implant treatment is a carefully structured, multi-stage process designed to restore function and long-term oral health. At Elite Dental Adelaide, every step is personalised to your needs to ensure a predictable and comfortable experience from start to finish.

Your journey begins with a detailed assessment of your oral health, medical history, and suitability for full mouth implants. Advanced diagnostics such as 3D imaging, digital scans, and x-rays help us evaluate your bone structure, identify areas requiring support, and design a customised treatment plan tailored to your smile goals.

During this appointment, the planned number of implants are placed into the jaw at precise angles. If you have low bone density, your dentist may perform a bone graft or position the implants in alternative areas for added support, as discussed during your consultation. In many cases, a temporary fixed bridge can be fitted on the same day, so you are never left without teeth.

After the implants are placed, the healing phase begins. During this time, the implants naturally bond with your jawbone in a process called osseointegration. Some mild tenderness or swelling is normal and can be managed with the aftercare guidance provided. Healing times vary from person to person, but typically range from three to six months.

Once the implants have fully integrated, precision-made abutments are fitted to support your new prosthetic teeth. Your final full arch prosthesis is then crafted to match your facial profile, bite, and preferred aesthetic. The goal is to achieve a natural-looking, durable, and comfortable result that feels just like your own teeth.

Full-arch implant outcomes are shaped as much by diagnosis, design and ongoing care as by the surgery itself. Under the direction of Dr Nitish Grover (B.D.S, Adv Dip Oral Health), your plan starts with a thorough evaluation of soft tissues, occlusion and load distribution, lip support and tooth display. Where clinically indicated, we incorporate CBCT imaging, digital scans and guided workflows to inform positioning and maintenance.
As an experienced clinician in restorative and implant dentistry with a particular focus on full-arch rehabilitation, Dr Grover brings a calm, friendly manner to every appointment. He understands that major dental work can feel overwhelming, and he takes time to hear your concerns and answer your questions so you know what to expect.

Living with fixed full-arch implants is a partnership. We’ll show you how to clean around implants and under the bridge using specific brushes, superfloss or water-based devices as appropriate, and schedule periodic reviews for professional cleaning and prosthesis checks.
Design decisions (such as screw-retained access for service and whether to consider protective night-wear if you clench or grind) are discussed from the outset so maintenance is built in.
We accept all major health funds and offer on-the-spot HICAPS claiming to simplify rebates. We are preferred providers for HCF, Westfund and nib. Eligibility, waiting periods, annual limits and fund rules apply.
Flexible payment options are available through third-party providers (e.g. Denticare, Zip Pay, Zip Money, Access My Super & The Health Fund), subject to each provider’s terms& approval criteria.
Pensioner discounts are also available. Please ask at reception for current eligibility and terms, and bring your membership details and we can confirm entitlements before treatment.
